By accessing or using Outearn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Outearn is an AI-powered career coaching platform that provides interview preparation, job search tools, resume guidance, and SMS-based coaching via our AI coach. The Service is intended for adults 18 years of age or older.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Outearn. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Outearn offers a 3-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. Your card will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. SMS Messaging

By opting in during registration, you consent to receive SMS messages from Outearn, including coaching check-ins, session reminders, and motivational messages sent by our AI coach. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or updating your notification preferences in your account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse engineer the platform, submitting false information, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or reselling access to the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with Outearn is the property of Outearn, LLC and its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Outearn provides career coaching tools and AI-generated guidance for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, salary results, or interview success. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outearn, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
